Sterling Outsourcing have been providing outsourced credit control services since 2006. Our clients are predominantly UK and US businesses, ranging in size from £1m turnover to a $2.5 billion turnover multinational corporate using our international credit control service.
All of our credit control customers operate in business to business sectors, and range from a leading glazing manufacturer, to an international PR agency, to a waste management firm. Sterling are particularly strong in professional services sectors, with clients including five UK accountancy firms, IT consultancy businesses, recruitment agencies, corporate insurance brokers, and a global payment services provider.
You will note from our case studies that the scope of service differs between customers. The credit control process is tailored for each individual client, with Sterling’s service acting as an extension of the client’s business. The scope and specification of the credit control process can evolve to meet the changing needs of each customer.
Sterling works entirely in the customer’s name for each of our clients, working directly on their infrastructure via remote access. This enables us to fit in to our client’s order to cash process seamlessly, with Sterling becoming a valued part of our client’s team. As the case studies show, Sterling have experience of working with a wide range of accounts systems from different versions of Sage, Quickbooks, Dynamics and Xero for smaller clients, to Oracle, SAP, and Netsuite at the higher end. We also have experience in implementing and using 3rd party credit control tools such as CreditHound.
As many of Sterling’s clients operate worldwide our credit controllers are experienced in collecting from overseas businesses and are able to call on language resource as and when necessary. We are also able to provide international credit control service with multilingual credit control staff.
