Sterling are particularly strong in the Accountancy and Recruitment sectors. Our Accountancy clients range in size from 5 partner firms up to several top 50 firms, including one of the UK’s fastest growing firms. Our Recruitment clients cover various sectors with both contractors and perms from £2m to £30m turnover. All of our credit control customers operate in business to business sectors, and range from a leading glazing manufacturer, to an international PR agency, to a waste management firm.

The credit control process is tailored for each individual client, with Sterling’s service acting as an extension of the client’s business. The scope and specification of the credit control process can evolve to meet the changing needs of each customer.
Sterling works entirely in the customer’s name for each of our clients, working directly on their infrastructure via remote access. This enables us to fit in to our client’s order to cash process seamlessly, with Sterling becoming a valued part of our client’s team. As the case studies show, Sterling have experience of working with a wide range of accounts systems. Many of our clients use Xero, but also various versions of Sage, Quickbooks, Dynamic, Oracle, SAP, and Netsuite. We also have considerable experience in sector specific systems such as CCH for accountancy firms and the likes of Access, Voyager, Tempaid etc for staffing and recruitment agencies.
As many of Sterling’s clients operate worldwide our credit controllers are experienced in collecting from overseas businesses and are able to call on language resource as and when necessary. We are also able to provide international credit control service with multilingual credit control staff for larger projects.
